“Prospect” refers to an individual or business contacted through an outbound campaign run by Pipelivo on behalf of a Client. A Prospect has not necessarily visited our website or interacted with Pipelivo directly.

“Usage Data” means data collected automatically when using the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and technical information about the device used to access the Service.

“Cookies” are small files placed on your device by a website to store information, including your preferences and browsing activity.

“Service Provider” means any company or individual who processes data on behalf of Pipelivo to help deliver the Service, such as a hosting provider, email delivery provider, or SMS delivery provider.

When a business becomes a Pipelivo client, we collect additional information needed to deliver the service.

Communication records, including messages exchanged with our team, campaign approvals, and support requests.
Any customer or business data a client provides to us directly, such as an existing contact list a client asks us to work with.

3.3. Information about prospects reached through outbound campaigns

A meaningful part of Pipelivo’s outbound service involves identifying and contacting prospects on behalf of our clients, using publicly available and licensed business data sources.

For prospects, we typically collect and process business contact information, which may include a name, job title, business email address, business phone number, company name, and publicly available professional details relevant to the outreach.

We do not knowingly source or use sensitive personal information, such as data about health, religion, or political opinions, for this purpose.

When we run outreach on behalf of a client, we generally act on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions for that specific campaign, while Pipelivo determines how the data is processed technically to run the campaign. Section 11 explains what this means for a prospect’s rights and how a prospect can stop being contacted.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above for the following purposes.

To provide, operate, and maintain our website and our services.
To deliver the outbound, inbound, and lead management services a client has purchased, including identifying prospects, sending outreach, and managing the resulting pipeline.
To respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about your account or a client's campaigns.
To process payments and manage billing.
To improve our website, our services, and the effectiveness of our campaigns.
To monitor for and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with legal obligations, including the recordkeeping and consent obligations described on our Compliance page.
To send you updates about our services, if you have agreed to receive them, always with a clear way to opt out.

We do not use information for purposes unrelated to these without providing further notice or, where required, obtaining consent.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information or prospect data to third parties.

5.1. Service providers

We share information with companies that help us operate our website and deliver our services, including hosting providers, email delivery providers, SMS delivery providers, payment processors, and analytics providers. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and they are contractually required to protect it and use it only for that purpose.

5.2. Clients

For campaigns we run on behalf of a client, that client receives the prospect information and campaign results relevant to their own campaign, since that is the purpose of the service. Clients are responsible for how they use this information once it is delivered to them, consistent with the terms of our agreement with them.

5.3. Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, by a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pipelivo, our clients, or others.

5.4. Business transfers

If Pipelivo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

11. Prospect rights and how to stop being contacted

If you received an email, text message, or call from Pipelivo on behalf of one of our clients, you have the right to opt out of further contact at any time.

12. Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.
